SID May Card Sketch

Hello!! I am so happy to be part of the Stick It Down Card Design Team!!!
I was invited to participate as a DT and am so trilled to be part of it!! 

The May Card Sketch is this one below, be preparing your stuff and create your interpretation!!It is so easy and versatile!!

This is my interpretation of the May Card Sketch!!  

Pink and purple are my favorite colors!! I combined them and came out this beautiful card! 

The background was made with a clear stamp of My Creative Time called Best Friends Background, I stamped it on white cardstock with pink ink of Stampin Up, at the same time I used the die from the set Stitched Rectangular Frame Dies & More to cut it. 

The sentiment is part of the same set Stitched Rectangular Frame Dies & More, I cut it in white and purple cardstock to give some dimension. 

As last detail, I added a gold sequin. 

My style is C&S, it was really enjoyable making this card. But....

I was so inspired that I went ahead and made another card :)

This one is within the same C&S style but using pattern paper, from We R Memory Keepers 6x6 paper pad called Antologie. 

The base of the card is light brown cardstock and then I added another layer with American Crafts AC Specialty Paper pearl and it gives it a little shine.

I hand cut the letters 4 and U, underneath I added black cardstock to make them noticeable, also placed them with foam dots.

Added some butterflies as a fine touch.
