Hello Crafty Friends!! TGIF!! What are your plans for the weekend? I plan to do some scrapbooking, I am a little behind my Project Life album, I am in the las week of May, but it is okay.
Now let me show you what I have for you today. This project is my participation for the Design Team at Polkadoodles Challenge.
I made a box on a card, yes, a chocolate box on top of a card. As you can see in this picture, the card is closed and you can see only a box. Pretty isn't?
I used the digi stamp called Ruby Gift. I colored her with my Copics, and always always I used the wheel of color to make sure all the colors I am using combine between them.
Here you can see the chocolate peeking through the box.
I used autumn colors as we are pretty close to one of my favorite seasons which is Fall (the other one you may guess..... Winter, yes, is my top)
The pattern paper is from DCWV.
Lately, I am practicing textures ( I took that class with Copics in Long Beach, long, long time ago, but stop practicing) and if you follow me, you may seen it in some couple projects before.
In this case, I just use brown shades (E27, E29, E35) first I colored the pants plain brown and then just added the transversal and vertical lines. What do you think? Do you like it?
Also, I added my favorite sparkle thing!! Stickles , yes, I add Stickles to almost everything. Here I added it to the envelope and to the gift, although this one (ice something... forgot the name) is not my favorite, my favorite is Frosted Lace, but I run out of it.
Going back to the whole project, here you can see the card open. You can add a nice sentiment inside and there you go!
I hope you like it an join us at the challenge!
