IIC # 186 Animals

Hello crafters! Here again with Inky Impressions Challenge Blog, today´s challenge is to make a project that includes an animal. I am so into Christmas right now that I decide to make another Christmas card!!  I made a Gift card holder using the file 3d pop up gift card holder card by Lori Whitlock that you can find at the Silhouette Online Store. 

I used my dies of My Creative Time and for the front of the card I used the Stitched Postage Frame Die cutting in two colors and the stamps from the set Boughs of Holly Stamp Set. Looks beautiful, isn't?  Now let go the the inside part. 

I used the Jingles the Elf digi this time, colored him with Copics and added Stickles. Don't you think this Elf-Bunny is beautiful? I love it! You can find it at Inky Impressions the Store.

For the inside sentiment I use the Believe die and the "in Santa" stamp from the Boughs of Holly Stamp Set. I cut the die in glittered cardstock and stamped the word in gold ink from Martha Stewart. Love how it looks!

Nacimiento

Hola amigas!!! pues ya estamos cada vez mas cerca de la Navidad!! creo que es la época favorita de la mayoría!! Yo nunca he decorado la casa para esas fechas, increíble pero cierto, jejeje pero el tiempo se me va volando y al final ya no decoro, pero ahora me piden que decore, así que ya tengo tarea y precisamente pensando en la decoración fue que decidí hacer este nacimiento y lo pondré debajo del árbol.  Hoy vengo con una entrada de inspiración para SnapDragon Snippets Blog en Español.

A poco no se ve lindo!! son unas cajitas y quedan perfecto paradas. Para la Virgen Maria use el archivo Nativity Mary 3d Box #SDS-0000391, este y todos los pueden encontrar en la tienda SnapDragon Snippets y también en la tienda de Silhouette Online. Use dos folders de embossing diferentes para darle textura al vestido y coloque perlitas para darle color. 

Para el niño Jesús use el archivo Nativity Baby Jesús 3d Box #SDS-0000388, use cardstock en forma de madera para la base de la caja. A poco no se ve super tierno!? 

Y para Jose use el archivo Nativity Jopseph 3d Box #SDS-0000392. También use un folder de embossing para darle textura a su túnica. Agregue un poco de stickles y puntos con enamel dots blanco. 

Están preciosos!! A mi me caen perfecto para la decoración porque ademas que tengo pensando decorar en azul no me tengo que preocupar por si Andrea los agarra, no hay peligro que se quiebren. 

Si tienes niños pequeños como yo esta es una idea perfecta!!

Tags para Navidad

 

Buen día amigas! como va su lunes? espero que muy bien! cuéntenme hicieron sus altares de muertos? conservan esa tradición? espero que siii, no hay que dejar morir nuestras tradiciones!

Hoy vengo con un post para Color Paws y decidí hacer unos tags para poner en los regalos que daré a mi familia esta navidad. Y para ser sincera yo soy muy floja en cosas masivas, o sea, mucho de uno. Entonces pensé en  hacer muchos tags pero todos con diferentes diseños y lo mejor usando solo un set de sellos, así que si no tienes muchos sets, no te preocupes puedes crear cosas hermosas con un solo set, hay que sacarle "jugo".

Aquí use uno de los nuevos sets que se llama Comparte

Primero corte los tags que son dies de My Creative Time y fueron Tag Dies, Tag Die Layers, luego me dedique a sellar y al final a colorear y los detalles.

Aprovechando hice un tutorial super sencillo pero útil.

Primero estampe el mono de nieve sobre un post-it y lo recorte; después lo estampe en mi tag (de lado izquierdo) y coloque el post-it sobre el mono de nieve ya estampado para taparlo y que al estampar el otro no se manche.

Así quedo! a poco no se ve lindo!

Y así quedaron mis 6 tags. Los coloree con Copics pero puedes usar colores, o lo que tengas a la mano. Les puse listón y otro tag abajo para contrastar el color blanco. 

De aquí mi favorita es la de los monos de nieve!

De aquí mi favorita es la de en medio, la de la lampara. Le coloque Modge Podge Dimentional Magic para que parezca vidrio y de cierto grado de realidad.
