Hola amigas: pues aqui estamos con otro reto en Latinas en America. Que les parecio el reto de las puntadas? muy bueno no? tuvimos muchas participantes y eso nos da mucha alegria!!! El reto de hoy consiste en usa listones o cintas en sus proyectos, mas facil no puede estar!!!

Hello friends: here we are with another challenge at Latinas en America. What about the stitches’ challenge? very good, wasn’t? we had many participants and that gives us a great joy! Today’s challenge is to use lace or ribbons in your projects, it can not be easier!

Para este reto decidi hacer una tarjeta llamada “Double Dutch Fold” que es muy facil de hacer, se ve diferente y muy linda.

For this challenge I decided to do a “Double Dutch Fold Card” this is to easy to do, looks different and very nice.

Asi se ve por dentro, me encanto la versatilidad que tiene para poder decorar.

Here is inside of the card, I love the versatility that this card has to decorate.

Aqui la pueden ver abierta. Me encanta el sello que le puse, significa “ si!, ho hice esta tarjeta solo para ti” es de The Stamps of Life, sel set “create4you”.

Here you can see it open. I love the stamp sentiment, is from The Stamps of Life, set “create4you”.

Aqui pueden ver la imagen digital de Rhoda Designs Studio, estan hermosas las imagenes y esta en especial se llama Birthday Balloon - Big Eye Digital Stamp.

Here you can see the digi stamp of Rhoda Designs Studio, those digis are beautiful and this is the Birthday Balloon - Big Eye Digital Stamp.

Como pueden ver aqui, mas de cerca le puse flock a la blusa y me encanto como se ve!!! Es la segunda vez que lo uso y me encanto!!! Le da un efecto atercipelado.  Y por supuesto algo de Tim, siiii, adivinaron! stickles alrededor de la imagen.

As you can see, here in a closer view I put Flock at the blouse and I love how it looks!! This is the second time that I use it and I love it!!! It gives a velvety effect. And of course, something of Tim’s line, yeaaaa, stickles around the digi stamp.

Aqui veran que le puse liston alrededor de la imagen para que diera efecto de marco.

Here you can see I put the lace around the digi stamp to give a frame effect.

Hello friends: We have another fabulous challenge at Platypus Creek Digitals, thanks for your participation at the “Bling it up” Challenge, we were honored having 15 participants. Today’s Challenge is about FLOWERS yes, you have to use flowers in your project, it could be flowered pattern paper, handmade flower, any kind of flower. I used the CARNATION file and the LEAF SET file. 

Hola amigas: Tenemos otros fantastico reto en el blog de Platypus Creek Digitals, gracias por su participacion en el reto de “Bling it up”, tuvimos el honor de tener 15 participaciones, esperamos ver cada vez mas. El reto de hoy consiste en usar FLORES, si, tienes que usar flores en tu proyecto, puede ser un papel decorado con flores, flores hechas a mano, cualquier tipo de flor. Yo use para este proyecto el corte CARNATION y LEAF SET.

For this project I used a lunch tray from Starbucks, I cleaned it, took out the most of the paper and glue that it had. This is how it looked before the alteration.

Para este proyecto use una charola del Starbucks, la lave, le quite el papel y la goma que traia pegada. Asi lucio antes de que la alterara.

Here is the “after”, incredible, isn’t? I love the final look!! You can use this altered tray to put clips, flowers, buttons, etc, it can be very useful and will give a nice look to your desk.

Aqui esta el “despues” increible, no??? Me encanto como quedo!!!! Puedes usar esta charola alterada para poner clips, flowers, botones, etc, puede ser muy util y ademas se va a ver linda.

I put homemade glimmer mist, I love the effect and the color.

Le puse glimmer mist hecho en casa, me encanta el efecto y el color que le da a la flor.

Y aqui esta mi interpretacion, debo decirles que estoy enamorada de las tecnicas de Tim Holtz y despues que tome su curso CC101 no paro de usar sus tecnicas!!!


Here is my interpretation, I have to tell you that I'm in love of Tim Holtz' techniques and after I took the online course CC101 I can't stop using his techniques!!!

Hola amigas: que les parecio el reto de las flores? lindo no? bien, pues hoy les traemos un nuevo reto que les va a fascinar y las va a hacer ir corriendo a traer su aguja e hilo!! si, el reto de hoy consiste en que te proyecto debe llevar costura en alguna lugar. Que tal?

Hello friends: what do you think about the Flower Challenge?? cute, isn’t?   well, today we have you a new challenge, you are gone love it and will make you go ahead a get a your needle and thread!! yes, today’s challenge consist in create a project that has somewhere any sewing.

Nuestro partocinador para este reto es Dustin Pike tiene unas imagenes hermosass!! yo elegi a CupCake Dragon, esta muy lindo!!!

Como saben amo la linea Ranger y casi siempre uso algo de esa linea en mis proyectos, pues hoy no es la excepcion, use stickles y glossy accents, me encanta el efecto que dan!!

As you know I love the Ranger line and almost always I use something of that line in my projects, and today is not exception, I used stickles and glossy accents, I love the effect they give!!!

Use mis herramientas para coser (las saque del cajon y desempolve), la sew easy, es tan facil de coser con esa maquinita y le puse el tan famoso twine.

I used my sewing tools (I pulled them off the drawer and take the dust off), the sew easy, so easy to sew with this little machine and I used to sew the so famous twine.

La otra imagen que elgi para el reto fue Cupcake Monkey 12, lindo tambien, no? las imagenes las pinte con mis prismacolors. use stickles y glossy accent.

The other image that I choose for the challenge is Cupcake Monkey 12, too cute, right? I used to color the Prismacolors. I used stickles and glossy accent.

Para esta tarjeta use Faux stiches o puntadas falsas, porque dejen les cuento que me corte mi dedo pulgar justo un dia antes de hacer mis tarjetas, y no podia doblar bien mi dedo, me sangraba si lo doblada, por lo tanto solo pude hacer costuras reales en una sola tarjeta.

For this card I put Faux stiches or false stitches, because let me tell you, I cut my  thumb just one day before making my cards, and I could not bend well my finger, it would bleed if I bent it, so I could only make real seams in one card.

Aqui pueden ver mas de cerca las puntadas y deleitarse con la hermosa imagen. Pues bien, ahora les toca a ustedes hacer sus proyectos con puntadas!!!
