Hello friends: we are happy to announce the release of new svg files at Platypus Creek Digitals. We have new files: Babushka & Daisy Card Fronts. I made a card with the Babushka svg, is a file very easy to work with it. I put puffed pearl paint at the center of the flowers to look like a half pearl. I hope you like the card!!!

Hola amigas: estamos felices de anunciar la creacion de nuevos cortes en Platypus Creek Digitals. Tenemos estos nuevos cortes. Babushka & Daisy Card Fronts. Hice una tarjeta con el corte Babushka, son cortes muy faciles de usar y unir. Puse pintura color perla en el centro de las flores para que diera aspecto de media perla. Espero les guste!!!

Now  let me show you  the card that I made with the Daisy Card Fronts svg. This file is perfect for a quickly Clean & Simple card. I embossed the base of the card with flowers, I put homemade glimmer mist and half pearls.

Ahora les muestro esta tarjeta que hice con el corte Daisy Card Fronts. Este es perfecto por una tarjeta rapida “limpia y simple”. Use un folder de relieve para la base de la tarjeta, le puse glimmer mist casero y medias perlas en las flores.

Here you can see how the flowers come up of the base, like they were floating on the card!!! As well you can see the glimmer mist sparkle.

Aqui pueden ver los flores que sobresalen de la base, como si estuvieran flotando en la tarjeta.!!! Tambien pueden ver como el glimmer mist da efecto brillante.

To this flower I used a different glimmer mist color, I love the result.

Para esta flor use un color diferente de glimmer mist, me encanto el resultado.

Pues que creen??? estoy feliz!!!! pues he llegado a las 100 seguidoras!!! si eso me da mucha felicidad y les agradezco mucho que se haya hecho seguidoras!!!! En este momento tengo 102 seguidores y he hecho 184 post siendo este el 185!!! Gracias a todos que me leen y a los grupos de DT que pertenezco pues me alientan a inspirarme y seguir creando.!!

Well,  guess what??? I'm Happy! I have come to the 100 followers!!!! that makes me very happy and I have to thank you for being my follower!! !! Right now I have 102 followers and I have post 184 times and with this one will be 185! Hola amigas: el reto del dia de hoy en Latinas en America consiste en usar flores, sii como lo leiste, flores!! bien facil no???  y para este reto nos patrocina Sassy Cheryl’s Digis quien nos dio estas bellas imagenes.

Hello friends; Today’s challenge consist in using flowers, yes, it is as you read it, flowers!!! easy, isn’t ??? and now our sponsor is Sassy Cheryl’s Digis, who gave us this beautiful images to work.

Esta imagen se llama Noah & Patches, que les parece, muy tierna no?? a mi me encanto, use mis prismacolors para colorear la image, papel Kraft para la base de la tarjeta, el papel decorado con las flores es de DCWV, los sellos del sentimiento “Gracias” es de “Dilo en espanol”, el de ‘por tu amistad” es de TAC  y el punch es de Stampin Up.

This digi is Noah & Patches, very cute isn’t? I love it!! I used my prismacolors to color the digi, Kraft paper for the base of the card, the pattern paper is from DCWV, the sentiment “gracias” (thanks) is from “Dilo en espanol”, the sentiment of “por tu amistad” (for your friendship) is from TAC, and the punch of Stampin Up.

Hello friends: Here we are with a new challenge at Platypus Creek Digitals, last one was great!! Thanks for your participation!! Today’s Challenge is about Bling or Glitter in your project, easy !!!! For this challenge I used the Cream Cone Card file.

Hola amigas: aqui estamos con otro reto en Platypus Creek Digitals, el ultimo fue increible!! Gracias por su participacion!! El Reto de hoy consiste en usar Bling o Glitter en tu proyecto, facil!!!! Para este reto use el corte Cream Cone Card que lo puedes encontrar en la tienda de Patypus Creek Digitals.

I used stickles to give the sparkle look to the Cream Cone Card.

Use stickles en la tarjeta para darle el look brilloso.

I used The Recollections paper for the base of the card, the brown cone, the yellow and the orange, for the pattern paper I used DCWV.  For the sentiment I used the stamp of The Stamps of life set created 4you, and the punch of Stampin Up.

Use papel The Recollections para la base de la tarejta, el cono café, las bolas de crema amarilla y naranja, el papel decorado es de la marca DCWV. Para el setimiento use el set de “Created4you” de The Stamps of Life, y el ponchador es de Stampin Up.

Hola amigas: hoy es dia de nuevo reto en Latinas en America, fue un gusto ver tantos proyectos “amarillos”!!! todos muy lindos!! el dia de hoy somos muy afortunadas de tener dos patrocinadores!! si asi como lo leen!! y el reto era hace un tag con cada imagen. Que les parece el reto???

Hello friends: Today is a new Challenge Day at Latinas en America, I was a pleasure to see so many “yellow” projects beautiful all of them! We are very fortunate to have two sponsors! yes, so as you read! and the challenge was to make a tag with each image. What do you think of the challenge???

El primer patrocinador se llama Stampndoodle y elegi hacer la imagen llamada “Dance Recital” y use una de las tecnicas que aprendi enel curso con Tim Holtz!!!!

The first sponsor is Stampndoodle and I choose the digi call “Dance Recital” and I used one of the Tim Holtz Techniques that I learned at CC101.

Coloree la imagen con prismacolors y le puse stickles para dar brillo!!

I colored the digi with prismacolors and I put stickles to give some sparkle.!!

Flowers for mum card

Hello friends: Today is SECOND Release Day at the Platypus Creek Digitals !!! yes, we have new digital images. For Today’s digi we have the "Flowers for mum" great to use for a special day like Mother's Day or any special day!!! What do you thinks about it?? Beautiful isn’t??

Hola amigas: Hoy es el SEGUNDO dia de lanzamiento en Platypus Creek Digitals!! siiiiii!! tenermos imagenes digitales nuevas!!! Para hoy tenemos la imagen “Floweers for mum” esta imagen la podemos usar tanto para el dia de las madres o para cualquier dia especial. Que les parece?? linda no?!!

Here is the complete card. You can find this beautiful digi stamp here: “Flowers for mum”. I colored it with distress ink and put some rhinestones on the flower’s center. I embossed the card and used spellbinders for the frame!!

Aqui esta una vista completa de la tarjeta. Pueden encontrar este hermosa imagen aqui: “I ‘heart’ mom”. Yo pinte la imagen con distress ink y puse unas piedritas en en centro de la flor.

“I 'heart' mom” Card

Hello friends: Today Platypus Creek Digitals is happy to release a new set of stamps.  You are going to love them!!! Here is the first one: I "heart" mom!!!

Hola amigas: Hoy en  Platypus Creek Digitals estamos de fiesta y con felicidad les anunciamos el lanzamiento de un nuevo set de imagenes digitales, les van a encantar!!!! Aqui esta la primera:

 I "heart" mom.!!!

To color the digi stamp I used distress ink, I put some stickles (which I love) on the heart, for the frame  used spellbinders (those have become one of my favorites) and finally the pattern paper of Mosipis (I'm a official distributor of this paper).

Para colorear la imagen use los famosos distress ink, le puse stickles al corazon (que me encantan), para el cuadro use los spellbinders (que se han vuelto mis favoritos) y finalmente el papel  decorado que es de Mosipis (del cual soy distribuidor oficial, si te interesa comprar contactame a mi  email)

Hola amigas!! siiii, dia de reto en Latinas en America!! que les parecio el reto de Easter? lindo no?? fue un halago ver tantos proyectos participando lo cual nos hace dificil la eleccion, pero todos sus proyecto son bellos!!! El dia de hoy les traemos otro reto como siempre y muy sencillo.... te gusta el color AMARILLO ???  

Hello friends: yeeeeeyy!! Today is Challenge Day at  Latinas en America!!! Did you like the Easter Challenge??? cute, wasn't? was a really flattery see many projects participating, which made us hard to choose, but let me tell you that all the projects were beautiful!!! Today we bring you another challenge as always and now is really simple...... do you like the color YELLOW????

Aqui les dejo un poco de informacion sobre el color amarillo:

Es el color mas intelectual y puede ser asociado con una gran inteligencia o con una gran deficiencia mental;  Van Gogh tenia por el una especial predilección, particularmente en los últimos años de su crisis.

Es el color de la luz, el sol, la acción , el poder y simboliza arrogancia, oro, fuerza, voluntad y estimulo.
Mezclado con negro constituye un matiz verdoso muy poco grato y que sugiere enemistad, disimulo, crimen, brutalidad, recelo y bajas pasiones. Mezclado con blanco puede expresar cobardía, debilidad o miedo y también riqueza, cuando tiene una leve tendencia verdosa.

Psicologia del Color

Here is some information about the yellow:

This color is more intellectual and may be associated with high intelligence or a mental deficiency, Van Gogh had a special predilection for, particularly in the last years of his crisis.

It is the color of light, the sun, action, symbolizes power and arrogance, gold, strength, will and encouragement. Mixed with black-green hue is a very unwelcome and suggesting enmity, deceit, crime, brutality, jealousy and lust. Mixed with white can express cowardice, weakness or fear, and wealth, when it has a slight greenish tendency.

Creo que realza un poco mas lo imaen!! en vivo se ve increible!!

I believe it gives some enhancement to the image!! in live looks incredible!!!
